Return & Refund Policy

No Returns

Please note that we do not accept any returns, for any reason. All sales are final.

Refunds for Defective or Damaged Products Only

We only issue refunds in the following cases:

  • The product arrives defective
  • The product arrives damaged
  • You received the wrong item

If any of the above applies, contact us immediately at storeowner78@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. Once verified, we will process a full refund to your original payment method.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, notify us right away so we can resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

Because returns are not accepted, the following items are also strictly non-refundable unless defective:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Personal care products
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale items or gift cards

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If applicable under EU regulations, the right to cancel applies only if the product is defective, as our no-return policy remains in place. Items must be unused and in original packaging for defect verification.

Refund Processing

Once a defective-product claim is approved, we will issue the refund within 10 business days.
If more than 15 business days pass after approval without receiving your refund, contact us at storeowner78@gmail.com.
